Briefly told, the article is about one special 99 manufactured for former Finnish president Urho Kekkonen. The car is basically
a 99 L Automatic manufactured in Uusikaupunki, later shipped to Heiner's Mekaniska Bilverkstad in Sweden to lengthen the
car by 20 cm. It's being said that Kekkonen got the car as a gift from Marcus Wallenberg.
The car is equipped with air condition, police radio, compression horns so that everyone knows the president is
coming, and a Blaupunkit Berlin Electronic top of the line radio.
